Delete your SafeHer account

You can permanently delete your SafeHer account from the mobile app or the web portal. Deletion removes your profile and account-owned data, except records SafeHer must keep for legal, fraud-prevention, or safety compliance reasons.

Delete from the mobile app

Open SafeHer, go to Profile, choose Delete account, and confirm with your password or by typing DELETE for passwordless accounts.

Delete from the web portal

Sign in to the SafeHer web portal, open Account, and use the delete-account action. The same confirmation requirements apply.
